Dipson Theater — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

I’m mad that the regal with screenx shut down and this “new” theater didn’t even do anything to replace the screenx. The Niagara Falls regal was the closest screenx projection to anyone, cause now if you want to experience screenx you have to go to Canada or Albany. Regal should’ve shutdown Quaker crossing and let dispon replace that one. I wish Cinemark took over this theater so they could’ve kept the screenx open, cause if the screenx stayed open I could’ve just casually gone to a screenx movie any day of the week. for those who else are disappointed about this theater taking over the regal and getting rid of the screenx without remodeling it at all apple cinemas at the greece ridge mall in Rochester are getting screenx and are opening...

At the Niagara Falls location ( Capital Theater) overhead lights need to be on before the movie begin. Finding a seat in the dark, with your hands full is kind of dangerous. I am handicap and have nearly fallen several times. Several kind patrons have used their cell phones so I could see.

2nd time I've been there and still no house lights before or after the movie. One should not have to use their cell phones to find their seats. Next time I will need to forgo any concessions in order to find my...

Always have a decent time when we go there but their customer service SUCKS! I bought $50 worth of tickets (INSANE) but ended up not being able to go because my kid tested positive for the flu. I called, left a message, NO ONE has responded about what I could do. I don't expect a refund but a Gift Card for like a future movie date would be perfect...HOW can you not answer the phone or at the very least call...
