Went in to get a fill and the woman that did my nails didnt evenly file them down around the edges of my nails so they were uneven and lumpy and constantly catching on something. I went back in to complain to the owner and have them fixed when I did he redid my nails and I also brought my daughter in to get gel polish on her natural nails because it is the only paint that will stick to her nails. He did my nails and afterwords charges me another $50 how it came to be that much is beyond me because I only got a new coat of paint. No design or special polish other than gel. Soon after I left I realized 3 of my nails curve in and were extremely uneven and some nails were not evenly painted and lumpy. Not even 24 hours after getting the nail polish 2 of them had the paint cracked and with 48 hours most of my daughters nail polish came off. We dont do anything different that we ever have and I've never dealt with such a bad experience. She brought her daughter in (12) to get Mani /Pedi's, After being ignored and then made to look like fools when the manicurest pretended to be on the phone, finally she was able to tell them two full sets the woman said No! to late, in the mist of this two white women walk in and ask for the exact same thing and were told to be seated!! Got diamond dip mani done. He cut my finger, had to re-dip three nails which were half white instead of red and he would have left them had I not said something, filed my nails crooked after I had said please don't file them because I already did so myself, and charged me extra for a clear, gel topcoat which started peeling off my nails not more than an hour or so later. Did I mention he also charged me extra for this topcoat? And no one speaks any English there so they can't communicate with their customers, and it was obvious he was talking to one of the other workers about me since I had asked him to re-dip the nails which were not covered with the diamond dip polish.
