KFC — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

Second time in a row my order was missing stuff I would have checked but I waited 30 minutes on the side of the building for my food but not before I had to walk to the window to see what was going on they told me I was waiting for my corn I don't understand how corn takes 30 minutes but it is what it is if that was the case no problem but you should let a customer know that they're going to be waiting 30 minutes she said she was short-handed only two girls working I understand that too and that's fine I would have understood that absolutely no question at all I just would not ordered there I would have went somewhere else no big deal but I'm pretty sure this is my last time coming to this location whoever manages this place should look into the quality of service and whoever manages them I would be looking into how this place is ran I can't say I had a good experience there in many years Yes every once in awhile they get it right Great and I'm not one to do reviews on people but I feel like something has to be done about this place maybe enough bad reviews will make someone do...

I've had great service up until the last two visits. Last time it was missing cookies for two $5 fill-ups. This time confusion seemed to be as to what I had ordered. 2 chicken breast fill-ups with an additional two small sides of cole-slaw. I got the 2 drinks at the window and almost got just one meal handed to me. Asked if I had ordered the two chicken breast meals. And Then asked what drink I wanted with the other meal. I said I already have it. Lots of confusing looks plus saying my order should be the last one on the screen when someone else was already waiting behind me. I was asked how much my order was. $16 something I said. No receipt was handed with my change to me to show my order. I got handed 2 meals. I asked if the sides of coleslaw was there and they said yes. I drive home to eat with my daughter & find two drumsticks in each box with the other regular stuff and no coleslaw in either box. But hey, this time they remembered cookies. I paid 6 bucks more than I should have and was too tired and hungry to go back. The pop wasn't even what I ordered. :( Not going...

First, I have to say that I had not been to KFC in YEARS....it just didn't make it into the top 5 of places to go when I needed to get a satisfying lunch. Someone had recently mentioned to me that KFC on the Boulevard had a change of personnel and, since the food should be good, it should be a good overall experience. Restaurants usually replace not so good people with great staff and this was indeed the case. I really can't say enough about Rose who took my order. She was pleasant and totally focused on getting my order right, asking if I needed anything else. My food was served hot and delicious and pricing was perfect. These days, employees at a fast food restaurant are too busy to smile and it sometimes seems like you are interrupting their naptime, or whatever. But Rose sets the return to highest standards of customer service. The other employees are also quite pleasant. Other fast food will unfortunately lose my business.
