The Avenue Grill — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

First off had a difficult time finding the place .... checked out the on line menu before going plus a fam member had suggested this place. Price ....$$ ordered 20 wings 10 extra hot & 10 lemon pepper hot. ..and they were salty af !! So we asked for 10 honey garlic.....just tasted like pure honey, also a chicken finger dinner w/fries & a bacon burger with swiss.... food took almost an hr & the place had one other table of 4 and they were eating pizza..... food was not good at all... especially for wings & burgers ... very disappointing. Burger tasted like a frozen patti... I don't think I'll return...

Avenue is my far my favorite spot! They are always very busy because again the food is amazing! However, No matter how long your food takes it will be hot when it’s time to get it! Last night I ordered off of doordash, My order took 3 hours to get to me (it will never take that long if you go in and order, doordash is just weird) & even then my food was steaming hot! Ugh i love this place more then life itself. Oh let’s not forget to mention how much they appreciate their customers & make it known. We love and appreciate...

After waiting for a pizza, which came uncut by the way, the wrong amount of money was given. Mind you we have ordered weekly here and are honest people. It was realized when heading to the store for gas and cigs that the pizza money was in husband's pocket, and had given $46. Was also told we got a discount on our pizza. No we didn't. Pizza was still $20. Also told the extra $20 (really $26) was being brought back. Well...nothing yet. Very disappointed and will no longer be...
