Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

-500 Stars. Do not go here. The most unprofessional staff ever. Including the manager. It's a filthy mess. Personal conversations loudly. We stood there while everybody looked at us while they had their personal conversations and wiped things down. One person was seated nobody else was in the restaurant and there were about 10 people working there basically doing nothing. I ordered a turkey club and after I paid for it they told me they didn't have artisan bread and suggested a bagel or croissant. Really? I asked for Panini bread and they wanted to upcharge me ! Really ? Then the manager says to another worker maybe I'll make some artisan bread. I really like making that bread. Well obviously you don't or you would have it! This...

Today my father and I stopped at Tim Hortons to order some breakfast sandwiches and a large iced coffee.

The sandwiches were cold and only half of the English muffin was toasted. The iced coffee was done incorrectly and they added at least double the amount of stevia he asked for. The two young employees up front looked lost and were not on the same page. The young man running the register didn’t add the stevia until after the young lady handed my dad his coffee and my dad told her he still needed to add the stevia, he said hen used the spoon that was just used to stir another drink with out put the spoon in the rinse cup.

Also, there had to have been at least a few dozen flies in the restaurant. All over the lights and...

Grand opening August 2023! Newest Tim Horton's franchise in Niagara area. The property is primarily a drive-thru location, with parking too. BUT be very careful parking as the drive-thru line could block many of the parking spots. The drive-thru "IN" lane is beside the exit lane for cars that have stopped in the bakery & cafe. YES there is some seating available inside. A very interesting 'hockey table' occupies one side; while a huge Tim Horton (he was a real Canadian hockey player) looks down on the seating on the other side.
