Had the NY Console Kings come to White Plains for my nephew's 15th birthday with 3 friends earlier this month (October 2020). Prior to the event, Walter was extremely prompt, professional and flexible. They were early to set up and took the appropriate safety measures given the COVID pandemic. Both Walter and Bobby were so kind and polite to my family and engaged with the kids. 11/10 recommend this event if you love seeing your kids happy and having a good time.

During this pandemic, I was glad I was able to give my son some sense of normalcy in celebrating his birthday. Using NY Console Kings was a great choice. Walter and Bobby are great with the kids and more importantly were vigilant with maintaining as a safe environment as possible. (They even provided kids with mask if they needed one.) I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends and expect to be using again in the future.

Walter and his helper were great from start to finish! I really appreciated his honesty in how many hours I should book my son’s 13th birthday party for. He was absolutely right on how long it should be! The rig was very well taken care of and they had every game the kids wanted to play. They had like 10 TVs!! Walter was on time, great with the kids and fairly priced. What else could you possibly want.

Booking NY Console Kings for my son’s 10th birthday celebration was a total hit. The kids were extremely excited and had a great time. We went to another video game truck event and it was night and day. NY Console Kings truck was outstanding. We had our event the day after a snow storm and they were in constant contact with us throughout the day; checking in. The owners were very professional, accommodating, polite, and courteous. They arrived an half an hour early to set up. The van was extremely clean, comfortable and heated which was a bonus since it was cold outside. Anyone looking to hire a video game truck, I highly recommend NY Console Kings. I booked them for my daughters 10th birthday party and the kids had a blast! Walter was responsive, very easy to deal with when booking and delivered everything as promised. He arrived early to set up the truck so it was all ready to go for the scheduled start time. Truck was clean and in great condition. What stood out to me the most was how great he and his employee were with the kids.
