This Rev Durrah f rom New York City. I purchased a necklace from Joyce at Hat Sensational. She told me it was a special necklace from Italy. I wore it to church and it began to give my neck a rash. I called her to ask her to take it back and she had a 15 year old kid to return my call. She never contacted me...not once.. On the second time I wore the necklace, the necklace magnectic clasp broke. At that point, I wrote her a letter asking her to return my 200 and I returned the necklace. . She acknowledged receipt of my necklace and indicated she would return it. I never heard back from her again. I sent her a letter marked certified and she refused to open it and had it returned to me. I am out of 200. oo for a fake necklace. She refused to answer any calls and to exchange or refund my money. This transaction and necklace ,plus all her her smiles were fake. I plan to pursue getting my money returned or necklace replaced. I plan to make these reports formal on the experience I had with Joyce and the Hat Sensation located on Broadway in Saratoga Springs. This purchased was made a year ago. Todate, Joyce has not replaced or returned my money5/19/17...

My wife and I spent the weekend in the Saratoga Arms hotel across the street. I have always wanted a flat brim hat and walked in to browse and also see a selection. The service was terrible. There was a young girl who I asked to show me Stetson hats. She opens the case hands me the two hats that are way too small for me. She didn’t try to help me find the proper size so I graze the top section above the cases and find the perfect hat. I reach for it and gracefully grab the hat as the younger girl never offered assistance and creepily watched. Then comes the old tiny frail (with way too long of fingernails) shopkeeper who snaps at me “can I help you.” I’m 6ft+ and it was an easy reach. She goes “If you knock down the the hat or stand and it hit the glass or you and I wouldn’t be happy about it.” The selection is good for smaller sizes but I walked out as I was very annoyed with the lack of service and...

I love hats and was excited to go into this store, so it was a shame that the customer service literally drove us out! We had intended to browse hats/ties/etc for my husband briefly before focusing on a hat for me for a relative's wedding, but the two men working kept such a close eye on us--they asked 4 separate times if we needed something in
