I can assume that I am like most people and my experience in the diamond market ends with the movie blood diamond. So when I first talked to Bree on the phone about setting up an appointment to look at some stones for my perfect engagement ring I pictured her calling me on a SAT phone from the jungle overlooking a diamond mine. That was not the case at all she is Located right in saratoga springs and we met and hit it right off.

I started looking at engagement rings about 6 months ago and I would like to think of myself as an informed buyer and hit a few shops in the area and was just not impressed. Same old speech and song and dance and extra add ons if you buy the ring with them. Sorry but I'm trying to buy a ring not a 2 night stay at the Mirror Lake inn with a diamond package.

Bree was a breath of fresh air I explained what I was looking for over the phone and we met at her office and she had brought 6 stones all kinda what I was looking for and we narrowed it down together and talked about each and every stone. That was very important to me because I felt like she taught me more about the process and what is important to look for.

I ended up purchasing a Diamond with her the very next day and the ring went into production very fast. I had everything all set for my big day within 6 weeks.

My experience with Her Rock was disappointing. Per my initial conversations with the company, other google reviews I read, and their instagram, I was led to believe I’d be speaking and working directly with the owner, Brianna, throughout the ring design process. However, that was not my experience. My initial consultation was not with Brianna, despite the email confirmation indicating so. My second appointment, a 1 hour ring review with Brianna (allegedly), never materialized because the employee (who conducted the initial consultation) mistakenly thought the appointment was in-person, even when the appointment details indicated it was a virtual appointment. I was told the owner would not be into the showroom and therefore available for a virtual appointment for another hour. I wondered, if you thought the appointment was in person at the showroom but Brianna wasn’t available for another hour, who was the hypothetical in person ring review going to be with? Needless to say, I did not proceed any further with this company. They were disorganized, had poor communication skills, and artfully attract customers under the guise of a one-on-one private...

I have nothing but incredible things to say about Her Rock and Carlee. From the start I knew I was looking for a white glove experience as well as a reputable and honest jeweler to find a natural diamond for my dream engagement ring. We found all of that with Her Rock.

I wanted to be lightly involved in the process but still be surprised by the engagement ring. I reached out to Carlee explaining what I knew I did not like and left the rest up to the Her Rock team and my Fiancee.

My Fiancee had a wonderful experience and came home with all of these interesting nuggets of information about diamonds. The natural diamonds to choose from were sourced from NYC and brought to Saratoga for my Fiancee to choose from. The experience was educational and personalized based on our needs.

At the end of the day, I have so many wonderful things to say about Her Rock. I recommend them to everyone that asks about my ring.
