The first young lady i asked for help was rather iffy and rude she seems as though i was borthing her. What really bothered me is everytime I asked a question she kept saying "WHAT" thats so Irritating yet unprofessional. She acted as if she didnt want to assist me...others were busy so i had needed her assistance several times because she happen to be in the area i was shopping in. Heading to check out "Oh, Joy!" What made matters worse I get the same young lady to ring me upe she ended up being STILL being polite avoiding the fact she didnt want to help me i struggled to figure why this could be and the only conclusion i could come up with was ..due to my color not the fact that i js dropped$380 in VS in the last 24hours. I wont be returning back she was rude and simple minded. However, there were some last minute things I needed to grab. I was later assisted by another young lady who was African American she spoke with knowledge of the inventory or any questions followed by welcoming tone, very helpful, polite, well mannered and made you feel like you spent ur money with her customer service skills were well, thats the way to get people to spend...

I went in there to actually purchase a robe for my wife. The robes are not inexpensive. And when asking one of the sales associates how long it robe do women usually like, I was told in no uncertain terms that this is usually a woman's store. First of all I'm straight but even if I wasn't I'm pretty sure that corporate would like it if they sold a product to anybody that was willing to pay for it. Another thing that became painfully clear is it if your mail go ahead and skip this store entirely. Don't purchase loving caring romantic or anything else gifts for your wife. I really feel like I have no right to be reviewing this... However my girlfriend got a gift card for $20 and she's trying to spend it because she doesn't buy their clothes normally for just a bra.. The pink tax must be real because he brought shouldn't be $20 if men's underwear is 15450 pack.
