Captain John & and his daughter Hannah were absolutely incredible! They met us at the dock and guided us through our options for the day. We were celebrating my husband's 40th birthday and they treated us like royalty. Helped serve us our snacks, ensured our drinks were always full, and shared some fun facts about the city as we drove around. They gave us the perfect mix of cruising slow for site seeing to speeding up for a thrill ride. They even accommodated our request to extend our trip for an extra hour as we were having so much fun. My Fiancé and I took a private charter tour with Great Lakes Boat Charters, it was by far an amazing experience. Captain Scott and first mate Rich were so awesome they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to what we wanted to do.
