I come here for my immigration stuff (Brit living in the US). Security is nice, the building is modern and clean and the offices we've had to go to are easy to find. USCIS are professional and polite at this office. Haven't had any kind of formal interview here yet, but have come in for biometrics and again for an I-551 stamp. Both times went well. This office has a lot of infopass appointments available which is great since I've heard others have none at all. Arriving 30 mins early is no problem here. I did for both appointments and was allowed to enter without being bounced back outside to wait. This USCIS office does NOT do walk-ins for infopass (I don't know if they do or not for biometrics). If you approach the counter hoping for assistance they will direct you to the kiosk in the corner to book an appointment. My wife and I thought we could go together since we had a baby recently. But, this rude staff ( I think she was the manager of the support center) gave us an attitude and rejected our kind request to be taken us on the same day. Just ask the hundreds of people from the general public seeking help on a daily basis that are met by shutdowns, mandates and a lack of guidance.
