One young girl came and asked us if we needed help told her looking for some shirts, we use to live here but now in Louisiana and here to get new merchandise. She said any questions just ask... well I was looking for my size and 2 guys and this other young girl were standing and talking I walked up to them and felt like I was interrupting their conversation I asked about any other sizes, she stated most of them out... so I stood there said can I show you what I’m looking for she roles her eyes comes with me and says all our women’s are out and walks away. One guy even came and grabbed the things that I was purchasing to take them to the counter even though I wasn't sure if I was going to purchase them or not and wasn't ready to make a decision. I was the only customer in the shop. It caused me to just hastily grab a couple of things and go. This is unfortunately not an unfamiliar feeling as a person of color when shopping. Never had it happen at the team shop before, and I shop there before every Browns season. The door hitting you is almost as if to add insult to injury on the lesser quality but overpriced sweatshop NFL merchandise! I almost fell due to that.
Additionally, why not add more artwork, books, or historical souvenir documentaries about the BROWNS?
Repaint the dressing room and add some clothing hooks for easier apparel try-on, please. It looks like it has not been touched since '99!
Little things add up to be a lot. While the team has not been the best, our home should look immaculate and top quality in all aspects.
