The police/security at the entrance are lacking in professionalism and knowledge. I have to deal with the same lack of professionalism, yet I've always had all of my credentials and emptied all of my pockets. The police are very provocative/antagonistic and surly. If I didn't have to go to city hall to take care of business I would never visit again. Cleveland City Hall is lacking in professionalism. The phone intake - when you call - is atrocious. They need to be retrained. Most employees who deal directly with the public directly are rude and very disrespectful. I called the new mayor's office today because my street which is a dead end has not been plowed yet after Sunday's snow storm, 1/16/2022. We got hammered with alot of snow. I understand the street department is busy but it's been over 24 hours. The gentleman I talked to took my name and address. I told him I had to call off work today because my car would not be able to get out. I told him I called streets and my councilman too but with no help. I couldn't believe it but this man said maybe we should hire a private plow service to clean our street. I said this is the city's issue and we pay our taxes. I wanted to give a honest review for the new community relations coordinator Luis Gonzalez with the City of Cleveland. Mr. Gonzalez is a breath of fresh air for the residents in Cleveland. He has been nothing but amazing. Since, I advocated and received help from one of the Town Hall Meetings. His communication has been amazing. He follows up on concerns from residents in the community. I can tell he really cares about community and the residents that resides within the community. I have spent several years advocating for issues within ward 13 of Cleveland. I just want to make light of his due diligence....
