Edit from previous review: HVAC company was in my apartment July 3, 2025 supposedly fixing my air conditioning unit and its leaking problem. Although the air is blowing colder MUCH colder than it was before the leaking problem is NOT RESOLVED I’ve lost count how many times maintenance has been in and out of my apartment for this problem and it’s getting ridiculous. What is it going to take for management to replace the entire unit? They would rather keep inconveniencing me and it’s not a slow leak either ruining my couch, carpet and personal belongings causing me to clean up spills. Pictures below from the morning of July 7th, 2025.
I don’t even know where to start with this place I’ve lived here since April of 2024. Besides all the endless lies about the construction and when all the amenities we were promised prior to moving in would be open and has YET to be fulfilled and we are in July of 2025 There’s still no pool, no coffee shop/wine bar, no speakeasy a subpar movie theater more like a glorified living room. TVs in the gym that never work and many other things I can name but need to get to the bigger issues. Since I’ve moved in I’ve had to switch units because of the endless, brutal construction noises that had me up at 6am in the morning. I was happy to move to a better floor with what seemed like a better unit until the issues started there. FLOODING inside the apartment from the rain because of the cheap seal they have under the door that has caused water damaged that they have NEVER fixed or even inquired about fixing. An air condition that should have been replaced in the summer of 2024 that they have refused to fix that has caused more flooding and water damage to not only the floor but my personal belongings. Condition in and out of my apartment knocking down drywall, repositioning the unit as if that was supposed to fix the problem. Here we are in the summer of 2025 and the same issues are occurring more flooding in the apartment, no air conditioning in 90 degree weather that lead to an immense amount of humidity in the apartment that made the floors sweat and I almost slipped and fell and hurt myself badly. Now I’m forced to stay in another unit to inconvenience myself even FURTHER after having to deal with this for TWO SUMMERS now. You think they have done anything or cared to do anything or been sympathetic of the situation and the inconvenience that they have caused that could’ve easily been fixed if they just would’ve repaired the air conditioner in 2024 but they are too cheap to do so. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, do not let them gas light you and lie to you because you will indeed be disappointed. Parties and events that are advertised for weeks on end and cancelled at the last minute. Not to mention, they can’t keep employees to save their lives. 3 people have quit in the course of maybe 5 or 6 months? What does that say about the management? There’s currently NO maintenance guy once again nobody there to fix repairs, concierge and the neighbors are the only saving grace of this place and that’s even more that I would like to say. This place doesn’t deserve the one star that I am forced to give. Save your money and your time and move elsewhere there’s much better, cheaper places in downtown Cleveland and you won’t have to deal with the headache that I have endured the time that I...

I just won $2,670 in small claims because this company will not keep its word. I can not stress enough about avoiding living here.
The unprofessionalism of upper management is astounding. Ignored emails, voicemails, etc. It takes days to get any sort of response.
They are charging around $3 per square foot, top of the market rents, and they haven't hired 24-hour security. The front desk is very often unattended, especially at night.
A homeless person entered the building and broke the tv in the theater room. It took a couple months to get replaced.
We were told the rooftop pool would be open the summer of 2024. It's still not finished, and I have no faith it will be ready for summer 2025. We pay top rents for amenities. We get very little for our money.
The best thing about this building is the wonderful employees that work here, particularly Sonja, Sheree, and Angel. They are top notch and class all around. It's unfortunate upper management does not support them.
If you're interested in how the company does not keep their word, read on:
I was literally the first person to sign in this building. I signed on in May of 2023 and had been repeatedly promised a Murphy bed / couch combo in my unit.
As you can see, it's included in my floor plan and confirmed discussed in the email, both attached. I moved in because I was told the Murphy bed was still on its way. It was supposedly delayed. After moving in, I received the news that I would not be receiving one at all.
This is a huge deal for me as I have a 400 square foot unit. The Murphy bed couch combo was a game changer for space saving and cost of not purchasing and moving furniture. Now I have a mattress on the floor and have to buy a bed and seating. With a 400 square foot apartment, there simply isn't room. The value of the type of Murphy bed promised in the floor plan is around $8,000. The only concession offered is $150 off rent. That's not even close to the value of what was promised.
(Follow up to the response from the owner): You said "Please feel free to reach out to the community directly so we can discuss and further concerns". Are you implying that I haven't reached out to you? You know darn well I have been reaching out and asking for status updates on the Murphy bed situation, non stop. I spoke with management, and even offered to buy the $8,000 bed with my own money, and then having my rent excused until paid back, understanding money might be tight on your end.
I did not want to leave a bad review like this. I have been extraordinarily patient. It's very telling that your response to the public is to not refute anything I have claimed and to simply imply that I hadn't contacted management yet. But of course, what could you say? I have the truth on my side. I have attached the check from municipal court to document...
Read moreI am writing this review to share our experience and provide feedback that can help others make informed decisions. Plus, it holds people accountable for their actions which is super important! With that being said we have worked with Alison for three months as their cleaners for the third floor at city club apartments. I had a highly disappointing experience with Alison and her team. Initially, Alison refused to meet with me to discuss business matters but was seen having lunches with Gyll my employee and making backroom deals to work for her. This was unprofessional and undermined our trust. My ex employee still works for Alison.
Moreover, Alison and her team lacked knowledge about their own system and provided no proper training, yet expected us to understand it fully. We were hired as cleaners but were expected to manage their BNB operations, including maintenance tasks like parking garage duties and other odd jobs they would request, which was beyond our scope of work. They clearly took full advantage of us.
The building itself is poorly constructed, with doors falling off hinges, malfunctioning washers and dryers, and a constant dripping noise in some rooms, there is also sink rust, paint coming off walls, damaged walls with deep gouges, cheap furnishing—certainly not what you'd want to hear while paying a premium. Additionally, the garbage chutes are often backed up, causing a foul smell throughout the third floor, and there's a pervasive odor of marijuana, fowl odors are always present upon arrival and hallways are very neglected, Alison and her team have a ring camera watching your every move, building already has security, so not sure why having six cameras on the third floor and not providing the privacy a guest deserves. Another thing to mention is the view, if you are located on the other side of the building your view would be of the parking garage, These conditions are unacceptable and not worth the high costs associated with staying there.
Lastly, we have decided to cease working with Alison and her team due to their consistent unprofessionalism and failure to take accountability. Despite our best efforts to accommodate their needs, often prioritizing their requests over our own scheduled appointments, our dedication was never appreciated or deemed sufficient by them. We consistently went above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction, but unfortunately, it was never enough. This lack of mutual respect and appreciation ultimately led to our decision to end our professional...
