What started out as a nice evening out with my bestie, turned to a NIGHTMARE quickly! My best friend (from out of town) and I stopped in around 7-8ish and we were greeted by Andy (who was great btw) he gave us menus and was very accommodating. The night took a turn for the worse when a black homeless man walked in looking for donuts, while he was being asked to leave, my best friend went to Andy and offered to order food for this man who was clearly hungry. Some lady named Erin (boldly and loudly claiming to be the OWNER) was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO US for trying to help another HUMAN BEING. Homeless or not if he was there and eating food that was paid for then he was a patron period. Erin came over to OUR table while we were eating, drinking, and talking and says “we don’t do that here, we don’t feed them”. It became a huge debate because Erin basically told us we can’t spend OUR money to buy other people food in this place. Eventually she got mad and told us if we don’t like it then we can leave. We were still enjoying our flight that Andy brought us and our food and our bill wasn’t paid. Erin antagonized us so much that another person that I believe worked there named Sasha (possibly) came to diffuse the situation by extending her sincerest apologies on behalf of the rude racist inhumane individual Erin. She completely RUINED our experience and the other employees did their best to fix it but I was livid and beyond offended. It was so bad that another patron came over to us before she and her husband left and said “we didn’t want to leave until we knew you all were going to be okay” they were ready to leave but stayed to ensure we were safe. The way we and that other man were mistreated and disrespected by ERIN was uncalled for. That was our first visit and we were paying customers!! I was mentally exhausted from this experience and did not feel relaxed and happy. If you ask Andy if he remembers this Tuesday night April 18, 2023 I’m sure he will recall the absurd behavior of the alleged OWNER of this place. Being is consumer law I know that this type of service is exactly why most of my clients come to our firm. She needs to be fired. The place is really nice and but if Erin is still employed there when I visit again SHE needs to apologize and be on her very BEST behavior going forward. This rating is all because of Erin, ANDY WAS GREAT!! He is really...

Read moreWe stopped in at around 8:30 after our anniversary dinner with plans on ordering the baked brie and a bottle of wine. We stood at the bar for around ten minutes waiting to be served and it was apparent that all of the attention was on the private comedy show in the back room. When we were finally able to order a drink, we were told that the $9 cabernet on the board was sold out without offering an alternative, we then ordered 2 glasses of the $9.00 blend, and were told that the total was actually $21.60 due to tax. Apparently the older female bartender adds a 20% tip to each order. We only drank half of the wine as it was too sweet, we had to ask for our own glasses of water, and no one asked us if we wanted to see a menu. Very disappointing experience, and put a damper on our anniversary celebration. Hate to leave a negative review as it's hard to find good help these days, but we're still disappointed...
