Not quite what you expect from a downtown restaurant. We paid 20$ for vallet upon arrival then was told we could have tickets stamped during dinner to pay 5$ for parking. We finished up after 9pm when Vallet was closed and at that point it was too late to be refunded the 15$ overpayment. The staff were all really nice, but the food and atmosphere wasn't great. Wings, shrimp, and crabcakes have entirely too much breading and the crab cakes were really dry. Drinks were decent but not great for the price. We were seated in and private area downstairs for a birthday dinner at tables that were broken and wobley so the staff had to bring In additional tables. Being in a basement like area most of our party (about 20)was unable to scan the QR code for menus so we had to wait for paper menus which should have been available when we were seated knowing it would be hard to get cell service for guest downstairs. The paper menus had food and grease stains. The elevator smelled heavily of Marijuana. For a first time experience overall it was not worth the money spent.

A bit underwhelming. Has a lot of potential but missed the mark in a few areas. When we first arrived no one was at the front desk to greet us and we stood around for a few minutes waiting for someone to seat us. Finally someone came and we let them know we had reservations. They weren't ready and had to go prepare a table for us so we waited a few more minutes while they did that. When they finally sat us, the table still had crumbs on the seats. The menus they gave us were paper so they were wrinkled from use and had stains and some tears along the sides. I really didn't want to hold them because they looked gross. They should have been laminated and wiped clean periodically. The light at our table was dead which would have been nice if t worked since it would have added to the space themed ambiance. They do give light sabers to the kids which my daughter was thrilled about and was playing with her dad. They must have been short staffed because there seemed to only be 1 waitress so she took our orders but never came to check on us periodically. Just came around when it was time to deliver food or drinks. Food and drinks took a long time to come out and it seemed they had the hostess and another person running food to help since there was only the 1 server. When we finally got our food and drinks, my daughter's kids pizza was a small personal pizza that she didn't like. It looked and tasted like a frozen pizza from the grocery store and didn't seem to have any pizza sauce on it. We had to put in another order for her to get something else. The rest of the food was really good and the way it was plated was visually pleasing. The cocktails were a bit small for the price. But tasted really good. They have TVs playing movies all around and one of them was the Terminator, which for the most part was fine but some of the bloody parts when replacing his eye and it had a sex scene that were not really kid friendly to be playing at a family friendly restaurant. We had to cover my daughter's eyes until the sex scene was over. At the end we paid and had to give the light sabers back. I think the space themed could definitely be added to. Like light projectors with stars all around, working lights at the tables, etc. The waitress had a space jumpsuit on which helped add to the theme. Other than that, the plates and cups were silver, they had murals on the walls, and a couple life sized movie figures in the lobby but other than that the ambiance really didn't make you feel like you're in space. I think the place definitely has potential but overall I'm not sure I'd say it's worth going back. I was there for my birthday and I left feeling like I should have picked somewhere else to try. I wouldn't target going out to Cleveland if you're just going to eat here (like we had), maybe if you're already at Tower City looking for...

Rule of thumb for ANY RESTAURANT: You can tell how your experience is going to be just by simply going into the bathroom and seeing its condition. This place will be out of business very soon, let alone get a lot of people sick. I'm glad i didn't even get a chance to eat here. 6 pm saturday, although i was sad, i didn't even try a drink.... we ordered them....they were so understaffed 40 mins later for 1 simple drink i gave up. I didn't even spend a dime here, so i guess that's good. Let me just say that the servers are doing the best they can. They know themselves this place is crap. It's obvious this place is understaffed by their franticness. Gimmick restaurant disguised as a fancy restaurant. ATMOSPHERE: For a theam restaurant (the gimmick that gets you in) is just paint on the walls with no coralating space theam in itself, (sure looks good to nonspace enthusiasts, but if your bring someone here who is really into space/scifi, they going to be really underwhelmed by the decor nothing ties togeather at all... like you got the jetsons over here, then men in black over there, then some starwars dude on a bench way over there), cool looking plates and cups, and tableware. (probably where most of the capital went) mens bathrooms looked ( at least when i was there) like a bathroom people smoke dope in. paper towel dispenser busted to all hell, floor all sticky. the randomly placed george jetson statue already busted up. obviously leaning to one side like MJ torso distorted and sliding, so now he looks like he got a fat butt and pregnant. compiling all the previous reviews, it's obvious that this is either a quick to open (as cheap as possible) failing businesses or a money grab gimmick. Fix your menu, folks, and make the food taste better. the presentation dont matter if the food sucks. if im paying fancy prices for 4 wings, they better be the best damn wings ever. many people said they left hungry after. like i said, busines will be closed in the...

I was so excited for the experience of this restaurant. My grandson came over for the weekend. He’s 10 years old. I’ was saying this will be pretty cool. I think he would like it. We got there at about 835pm it took a minute for someone to come over and acknowledge that we were there after we Were seated .We got our waters. We ordered our food, I got the loaded tater tot. My tots were very greasy. The food was very bland great atmosphere the staff was very professional and accommodating but nine dollars for a mini mini personal pizza. I think it’s a Tab much for a child and they don’t even get french fries or tater tots , my husband had six wings. They were six little wings for $14. I do understand the prices are going up on everything but at the same time six little wings with very little flavoring. It’s not OK. I expected to have a great experience and we ended up taco Bell because my grandson was still hungry. He was excited about the pizza thinking that there was going to be something fancy with the pizza.. It was very heartbreaking for me because I wanted this to be a great experience for my grandson and it was not. I don’t have a problem with spending money on good quality food, but for six little wing at $15 loaded tater tots I think they were about the same price. I can’t remember, but it wasn’t a great experience when I asked my grandson about the experience. He said he wasn’t impressed and that was very hurtful. I wish all them success in this business. it’s just a few little things that has to be corrected and I think the restaurant...
