The quality of the food is really inconsistent as of late! Sometimes they're friendly, sometimes not. They are usually pretty busy and I don't get it anymore! Maybe because their prices are cheaper than a lot of downtown places? I personally plan to stop visiting for a while bc today was much of the same! The noodles were good but the potatoes were undercooked & the bourbon chicken that I was served had so many extra char pieces not even connected to meat that I was constantly picking through it to not eat so much of it. I understand some char is expected when grilling, but this is different. The value recieved for the price & food quality used to be really good, but has slowly declined to the point that I find everything really inconsistent. A lot of times I don't even finish a meal anymore because the items are not cooked properly or taste like they are just not freshly cooked. Perhaps they are being held too long on line for service and not being sold? Either way, next time, I am going to do something else with my money when lunchtime...

I've been eating here for years and everything I've ever tried has always been delicious. If you're interested in checking this place out and would like a amazing recommendation, I would suggest the lemon chicken. I will admit, i'm sort of addicted. When I use to work downtown, after work and if I got off early enough, I would always head over here to get lemon chicken no sides. While other restaurants inside Tower City have opened and closed, this location has been around for 10+ years. Need I say more? The staff are friendly and while it's a bit hard to understand them sometime, they've NEVER made a mistake with my order. This place brings sooo many memories back. I kind of grew up off this place when I was going to high school and it didn’t make any better that I lived close to downtown so I always had access to Kelly’s. Me personally this is the best food spot in tower city and if you think about it they are the only ones still standing in Tower City, while all the other restaurants are closed down. Their potatoes used to be soooo fresh, spicy, and delicious. They are good now but they don’t taste like they did when I was in high school.
