I really love this studio— it is beginner-friend, body-positive, and so welcoming!

I have been coming for a little over a month now, taking aerial classes with both Sam and Tara, who are both incredible instructors. They are excellent at adapting their classes to their students and explaining their workouts clearly. They take time to get to know their students and build community in the studio. Both instructors put safety first in their classes, which is so important for aerial.

Sam frequently emphasizes the importance of getting to “play” in her classes, so while it is an aerial yoga class, you can definitely expect to have plenty of fun.

Tara loves to encourage students to challenge their limits and trust themselves more. I have grown so much under her guidance!

Yoga Strong takes excellent care of their hammocks and they always smell so nice. Nothing ruins aerial yoga more than someone else’s BO during Savasana, and I’m so grateful that has never been an issue here!

The parking can be rough. I recommend checking if there is a sports game happening around your class time and to plan ahead. Usually I can find street parking as long as I show up right before the class before me lets out, but sometimes I have to walk a bit. Oh well, I came to work out, so what’s a little cardio warm up...

Visited CLE for a quick trip, found this studio. So cute and beautiful!!! It’s so boutique-y ! Took aerial class, Mel, the instructor, is full of positive vibe, her class is so much fun and encouraging. Wish I have more time in town so I can go back for more classes.

Front office, sweet lady, I forgot her name. She has glasses on. I was promptly greeted by her once I entered the studio. She gave me a mini tour of the studio. So sweet.

I am so glad to have found this studio! I started with the aerial yoga soft class with Tara based on positive reviews from social media and quickly fell in love. Tara has made getting started even easier. Regardless of skill level, she's makes all students feel included and provides hands on teaching to all students. I'm super excited to keep growing my comfort level and attending...
