This place sucks. I asked the lady if she could please look up the location of other cards in the computer since they didn’t have what I need and that the selection the store was limit and sorry looking. I didn’t think the task was hard because it was done before and was bit difficult to do. But instead the customer rep was completely sarcastic by replying “I don’t have the bar codes memorized so I am unable to look up anything. You should call another store and asked them for what you are looking for.” Hallmark do better with your customer service reps by not hiring from the bottom...
Read moreI went to Pam’s Hallmark on the Friday before Mother’s Day looking for a specialty birthday card for my pastor. The store was very busy but the staff was friendly and helpful. I could not locate what I was looking for in the racks so one of the associates left the checkout to help me search and was also unsuccessful. Another associate offered to go to the back to open boxes of a new shipment to search. She was able to locate the card. I appreciate the patience and extra effort the staff took to satisfy me, especially in light of the busyness...
