Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clovis

I was just about to compliment how nice and friendly the DT order taker was, and the DT cashier shoves my drink in my face and tells me my total with no hello or anything. Okay. Fine. But who's training these kids? How long have you been working there, and this is acceptable behavior? The service here is always C average, and varies with which team you get. My quesadilla was not cooked, and I asked to have it lightly grilled. Crunchwrap was not spicy, and I asked for the spicy. I asked and was charged for sour cream on my taco, and did not receive such. To say the least, I'm mad. And then I go inside the restaurant. I talk to the manager in a civil manner, and explain to him the reason I kept coming back despite the mediocre service was because the food was always correct, and he personally went to the back to see the line, as the cashier that helped me personally correctly made my food. She and the manager apologized profusely, the manager shook my hand and thanked me for my feedback, and while I am scared to return because it is a long drive just to come back because my order was wrong, I will never forget how excellently and professionally this situation was handled....

Tell preface, we had a difficult order. I took about 5 minutes to get accurate answers for an order I placed so I beleive they had gotten fed up with me. I was helping my brother order who has learning difficulties and it was a but hard getting a straight answer so that's why it took so long. Once I reached the window they were very rude to me, no customer service, no smile, no greeting, no have a good day. They opened the window, took my card, handed it back to me with the food aggressively and wordlessly and then slammed the window shut. I wasn't sure if we were done as I didn't receive a receipt so I waited another 30 seconds and the man ripped open the window and said "did you STILL need something??" And I was like "well are we done? Do I get a receipt??" And he said "yeah yeah we're done" and slammed the window again while I was still talking. Very rude and honestly made me feel very badly. I was only trying to help my brother with ordering food I don't feel I was that terribly hard to deal with to warrant...

Absolute worst service I’ve ever received at this location went through The drive-through and ordered two party packs of tacos got up to pay gal gave us one pack and a bag we asked if the pack of tacos had all 24 tacos in there she said yes drove out to find out that they did not have all 24 tacos called the location and asked if we could have someone bring the extra package out or if we could come up to the door and get it they told us we had to get back in the drive-through line which now was all wrapped around because they wanted to protect their employees from the COVID-19.. Then while in the drive-through line yet again observed them handing a gal her order through the door! got up to the window to get our second pack of tacos that we had already paid for and I asked them what they were going to do to reimburse all of our time they said we can give you a soda..we drove off I’ll never go back...
