Ten Seconds Noodle House 十秒到雲南過橋米缐 — Restaurant in College Station

This was a new place for me an a tried once place for my fiance so we decided to try it. The place was clean, bright, an had nice music going. Ten Second is the name, an the food came out quickly in ten minutes. Drinks made an out to us in even less time. Food was hot an seemed very fresh. We ordered mango teas, he had the normal green tea no boba an I asked them if they could add the flavoring/boba to the (unsweet)black tea, they could! It was delicious, definitely try it. For food we had calamari, he ordered a rice noodle bowl with tomato base and pork ribs, an I had one of the preset bowls with rice noodles instead of ramen. The calamari was delicious an crispy, an came with a nice dipping sauce. His rice noodle bowl was hearty an full of flavor, an came in a very large bowl. Mine was delicious with the pork chashu, creamy broth an mushrooms. If you aren't a fan of ramen noodles, ask for rice noodles it's still very good. This place is really good, i had no expectations going to College Station for food. This place is basically hot pot in a personal bowl. The service was great, even though we had 16 people, the food didn't take too long. I got the golden hot and sour soup, wasn't very sour for me but maybe for others. The broth was flavorful, with a bit of sour to it but i like that tartness, which ive never had but dont have anything to compare it to. The broth was nice and hot, I threw all my raw meat in first so it would cook down first, then I threw the noodles and everything else in. All together it was very fresh tasting and satisfying. I tried the tomato based broth, it just tasted like tomato soup. I also tried the kimchi broth, it was a bit watered down for my liking so how good it is is all based on your preference. What a great food experience. Noodle soup is one of my top 5 favorite things to eat. And seeing as I have never been to this place my wife and I set off for and adventure. The location is nestled in a little shopping center beside HEB. Plenty of parking. We walked in and were greeted very promptly, and shown to a table. We got drink orders out of the way. We ordered our soups. My wife got the green pepper soup, it was full of flavor and tasted very good. Not to spicy, even for a two 🌶️🌶️ rating. She got he's with chicken. I on the other hand wanted some spice so I chose the Szechuan mala chicken soup, it was bursting with flavors and was bold, and ,very tasty. We also enjoyed the mango iced tea, super delicious.
