When I was "upgraded" from a simple vape pen to a kangertech $99 model, I was promised it came with a one year warrenty - a "plus" they claimed Avail nor Janty offered. Less than a month later, the sub tank nano fell apart. I brought the piece in and was informed that piece was not part of the product warrenty. I had to purchase another for $39. Two weeks later, the SAME problem resurfaced. My son was able to take the vape to the store and claims he had it resolved. Here we are, another two weeks later, and this faulty crappy thing fell apart while in my lap (while I was driving, so the e-juice is all over my yoga pants and sticky) and Vape Guys tell me that I need to buy another piece for $39. To this, I say screw you. Avail and Janty might not have a lounge, but their customer service and products are superior to yours. Ooh. Did you know the employees @ Vape Guys are on commission? So, yeah. They screw over the customers for their paychecks! Left Vape Guys and picked up a new kangertech sub box mini from Avail for $65 with a DEFINITE 90 day warrenty. I should have NEVER strayed from Avail for a mom & pop shop.

Unless you are insinuating that all of your customers are stupid and none would speak up for themselves.... I doubt ANY of the other vapes in the area see your lousy kiosk in the mall and mundane playroom as competition. Certainly, none of them have employees loitering around, smoking up the lounge like a hookah bar. Did you READ my review? How many times do I have to go to your store and complain about the product for you to fix it? You all are like walmart - not worth my time nor effort.    Read moreI've been vaping since the advent of Blu in 2009. I've worked my way through Blu, Janty, Aspire, Kanger, eLeaf, Sigelei, Smok, Alien, and Vaporesso; as the evolution goes. I've built my own mods, believed in the cotton revolution and the trend that dictated "the heavier the better" with regards to both cloud and mod-size. I've finally settled into the relaxed and comfortable faith that comes with pre-built mods...especially those of the mini-pod variety.
Vape technology changes at a rate that outpaces both smart-phone and medical technology. It's important to find a vape shop that is educated in that technology and can understand even the most novice vaper when they walk in and say, "I want something that will do this, and not be too that, and I like this flavor, but not that one." Vape Guys is this place.
Brad, Leanne, and Chris are like doctors. They will tell you anything, spend any amount of time explaining everything and do it all without making you feel stupid. It must take constant study to do what they do.
That being said, Brad visited my bar and took the time during his evening to answer my questions and show me his vape. The Vaporessa Renova Zero. I went home, did some research, and was torn between the Zero and the Suorin Drop. I missed Brad at the store but Leanne took the time to show me both, was able to answer all of my comparative questions off the cuff and even recommended a Nicsalt that was comparable to what she knew was my favourite juice.
You can't do better than this place. They take the time to get to know you and your preferences. They remember you. Vapor Devils in Los Angeles is good, and they had my loyal patronage even online after moving to the East Coast until I found Vape Guys. I called up to Vape Guys and spoke to the manager and explained to him my situation and he told me just when things get better to bring it back and they will help me get everything fixed. Today my husband took my vape back and they were able to figure out what the problem was and explained a bunch of things that have changed with the new vape that I had purchased and they were able to get him the right products for my device. Every time that I have gone into Vape Guys, I have always gotten great service and very knowledgeable employees. I would highly recommend going here, especially if you are new to the vape world and don’t know much about the devices or types of nicotine that would work...
