I went in at 9:30 AM on a Saturday morning to drop off two returns for UPS. Website says UPS package is taken. Thereās an area says UPS packages so I attorney the counter and waited for the woman to come assist me. She said she was busy and to wait a minute. I handed her the 1 box with a label she took it scanned it tossed it in a box. I then showed her my barcode for the second package at that time she informs me. ā We are not a UPS store, we donāt Process any returns without a label. Take it to the UPS store up the roadā but your Google page says you do take UPS packages and you tell me you do not. So I take my single box to the UPS Store. Letās fast-forward to 5 PM on Monday, August 5. The box I dropped off at Staples is still sitting at Staples. I called them and ask whatās the deal and Iām told coincidentally UPS doesnāt pick up till 5 PM on Mondays. Whatās wrong with this store? The service and quality is getting worse and worse and worse. The UPS store took me in faster. They were much busier than Staples and my packages already processed. It was waste of my time and your stupid coupon is worthless as well. Do not do not do not recommend this For anything other than overpriced office supplies. Second encounter with these people and second terrible encounter with the same woman who does not want...

All network servers are of course not working for self help or haven't been rebooted so I ask the woman for assistance. At which time a couple customers come after me. She proceeds to help them and not me for another 10 minutes telling me to wait as she helps everyone else. After helping three customers she says now what can I help you with. I tell her I need to make a couple copies. She then makes excuses why the 4 copiers don't work and how them being serviced is a low priority ect ect. Truth be told I don't need to know an excuse as a customer I just want to know if I can make copies. A better way to handle situations when your systems aren't working or you have yet to turn them on is simply by saying let me help you over here or I'll fix that for you and get it taken care of. When you degrade the capability of your tech folks to service equipment it looks bad to your entire store. It's poor taste. Secondly, help customers in the order...

I walk into Staples mad because I got to look for a printer cord and I'm thinking I'm going to be here a long time because this cord are complicated
some guy named Tyrone saw me looking around (and I was only looking for like 30 seconds )and while he was standing up on a ladder asked me what I needed... I told him what kind of cord and he knew exactly where it was and he pointed it to me through all those cords all over the place... (While still standing on the ladder) And told me it was not $40 it was $7... And then Dustin he let me know anything else I needed to know when I got up to the front ... He explained my points to me and was super friendly ...
and I told them I'm writing this about both of y'all
Staples is always done me good but this was a great experience
most fantastic...
