I went to this location yesterday (5/30/13), ignored while entering (no worries there) but there were two sales people at the counter, the man was helping a lady and seemed to be doing a good job, the woman appeared to be helping the same woman as well and then a minute later told me someone would be right with me.
At this point there were 2 customers in the store, another lady walked in and went straight up to the saleswoman and they started chatting as friends, so I busied myself looking for the phone I was about to purchase in my move away from Verizon.
While looking at the Galaxy S4 another couple walked in, they were greeted with a thank you for coming in and then the saleswoman told them someone would be right with them (she was still talking to her friend), after a moment the friend left and the lady went straight to the other couple. I was in there for about 10-15 minutes, just standing right next to the saleswoman.
I am not one to make a big commotion so I told my wife that we were just going to leave, I guess maybe if I had been more of a jerk maybe I would have made T-Mobile some money that day.
I am going to try another store today, this will be my last attempt...
Read moreI would like to take a few minutes to express my gratitude to Jazlyn. I went to this location on 10-04-2021 to purchase a new iPhone. All the employees where running around helping customers, and trying to figure out how to work the many new items this location has since upgrading its entire appearance. Jazlyn provide top tier customer service not only to me but the other customers at this location as well. Some may utilize the word multi tasking to explain this but that word is non existing as the brain can only focus on one thing at a time. I would utilize management as it is more fitting for what I saw. Jazlyn along with coworkers managed the customers coming in, and customers waiting for their phones/accessories to complete whatever they had going on. While in this store I heard a customer complement to another employee how personable, and friendly the staff was. I would highly recommend asking for Jazlyn as her customer service, and knowledge of product are superior to many other facilities I have been to. Read moreThe phone Service is ok-but the workers at T-mobile located in Colonial Hts are RUDE-on several times I went in to pay My phone bill-instead of them having a couple of People to take care Customers with different situations-they will take their time-getting to Customers that just paying their bill-I or We would have to wait until they finish dealing with customers getting New phones-that process takes awhile-You as a Customers just standing there-lile You dont exist-its been times I wanted to address this to the Company-now I feel I should SPEAK-It doesnt look Good-My money spends just like anyones else-I do find it better to pay online-sometimes You cant-No one should have to go through this-I even spoke up for another Customer-that was waiting awhile...
