Southgate Square — Local services in Colonial Heights

I actually go here more often than it probably looks. In this shopping center it PetSmart, JoAnn's, Michael's, Sweet Frog, Staples, Burlington Coat Factory Conn's Furniture ( which just opened) and Tropical Smoothie. There are also a few other smaller stores and eateries like the Once Upon a Child 2nd hand thrift store, or the men's clothing store next to PetSmart. There is also a Korean restaurant, a steak house and a Chinese restaurant. In the parking lot is a Wendy's, Taco Bell/Pizza Hut and Helzberg Diamond store. This shopping center offers TONS of parking and all of the stores and eateries off...

Although traffic around it can be maddening, Southgate Square is a wonderful place to shop. There is something for everyone! Dad can print documents at Staples, mom can get a new pair of shoes from Burlington, little Johnnie can get a gold fish from Pet Smart, and the family can dine at one of several restaurants. Went shopping right before Christmas, about a week before. The store was picked over, very messy, and I noticed a lot of damage good throughout the store. I didn't find one single thing to spend my money on. It was a messy, dirty, store in complete disarray. Not a pleasant shopping experience. I think they need better staff that are willing to stock, reorganize, and clean the store. It's very clear this store isn't interested in supplying a good...
