Santa Fe Springs — Local services in Colorado Springs

I’ve shopped here a few times because the first time I went I found a scarf that I LOVED…it’s hit or miss, pretty cluttered, and a little overpriced but that was never a big deal for me. The 2 star review is for the attitude I received on my most recent (and last ever) visit. I found two scarves (second hand, priced $45 and $35 normally) that were marked half off. $22.50 and $17.50 is still a little much to pay for scarves but I was willing to buy at least one to support a local shop. However, when I asked if they ever do additional local discounts (as many OCC and manitou places do) the lady behind the counter gave me a stank look and scoffed saying “well they’re half off aren’t they?” It would’ve been so easy to just say “no sorry we don’t do local discounts” and not be rude about it. This lovely gift shop sells some locally made products and funny little bits of arts and crafts. Well worth the visit with something for everyone! The owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the lovely treasures and gifts in the store! They sell lots of great T-shirts that you won’t find anywhere else. They have a great variety of high quality hiking gear, shoes, boots, camping/survival equipment and jackets, vests and hats to keep you warm and cozy for the winter or cool and comfortable on hot summer days! It was such a blessing to find this rare beautiful gem gift shop store as this is where I do all my gift shopping all year and all my Christmas shopping. Their other store in Manitou Springs is also just as awesome make sure you visit...

Do not shop here! They are the most rude people, they try and SHOVE merchandise on you, they must work on a commission. Bought a pair of slippers here, the lady kept saying “oh they’ll smash down and work” I had them 36 hours and wore them for 5 MINUTES! They hurt my feet so badly they almost made me dizzy. Went to exchange them WITH the receipt for a different size, and the owner stated “sorry I can’t do anything for you, just get them wet and they’ll stretch out.” She also said “They changed the sizes on those 2 years ago.” Why was I not informed of that when I bought them thinking they will stretch out. I had been going to this establishment for many many years, and never will I return... People, do not go this store and WASTE your...
