Campus Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Columbia Township

I am a regular of the dollar burger special on sunday and I always look forward to it each weekend. Usually the service I get is alright, not top notch but nothing ever too bad unless its the waitress with the pig tails who tries wayy too hard with her outfits. From the moment she came to our table to take our drink orders, the experience just went downhill. Our drink orders were wrong, then it seemed near impossible for her to even take our food orders, which were wrong as well. She would go AWOL for extended periodd of time, and when we would ask for something such as a refill, she would glare and appear to be upset. She seemed to be too preoccupied flirting with the larger all guys table while our entire table sat at the table with empty drinks. An order of sweet potato fries was ordered with our original food order, but after about 40 minutes of waiting for them, we asked our waitress about them and she had no clue about them and responded with "wait, what?" Normally, I always tell my friends to go to Campus bar and grill for food but when she is your waitress. Just get up and leave. She is consistently bad. Id rather have good service than...

Not sure if my standards are too high or if they should be lower since this is a college "place", but the only thing positive I have to say is that the prices are cheap. However, you get what you pay for. Some of the food is obviously frozen from a bag. Some of the food is prepared fresh, but that doesn't make up for the appearance and smell. The bar area has a smell of vomit and the floor is sticky. The walls are covered with something that hasn't been cleaned in forever. And do not look up. There is a layer of dust and grime above the tables that would make anyone cringe. I hope none of that fell on our table or food while we ate. If management thinks this place is acceptable, I would hate to see the kitchen area. The only reason for two stars is the price of the food and the service was decent, though it is obvious they are understaffed. They need to close this place for three weeks and clean it well because it would take that long...

Do not pay with a card. We tipped in cash after questioning ourselves about tip amounts we had left previously. Found out it def was the staff adding the amount they wanted. Not only did we tip in cash but she added a 25% tip on the worse service we’ve ever had there. This is the third time in 2 months the tips were different than we left. Last week I stopped for a beer and she charged me $120. When I asked her to fix it she told me she didn’t know what the problem was, that the money would fall off in a couple of days.
