i and everyone else I know has shopped at Handpicked for years. I asked my mom for a monogrammed necklace for Christmas. In the description on the website it said initials will be engraved on the right side. So I didn't think to tell my mom to ask for it to be engraved on the right side. When I got it for Christmas it was in the middle and a lot bigger than the picture on the website. I called and told them what happened. The offered to engrave the back for $5 or 40% off a new necklace. The next day they changed their website to read the necklace could be engraved in the center or the right. Personally, I think they should replace the necklace for free since their website misrepresented what they were actually selling. And they made sure to change their website the next day. For someone who has shopped with them for a very long time and so has my family, husband and friends I find this is not a suitable solution. I doubt I will be going back in there for any other jewelry or gifts. It's terrible when you are really excited about a gift and it is nothing like you thought it would be and even worse when a store you love really disappoints with...

Absolutely LOVE this franchise! The jewelry is awesome and affordable and the monogramming is always perfect. I always pick up in a store but yesterday was different. I picked up on my lunch break as usual but I knew I was in trouble when the one guy ahead of me kept looking at his watch. Kelsey seems to be very very laid back and moves at a very slow pace. I picked the wrong day to use my lunch break to pick up especially having to get on I-26 in the Harbison area then get there and have to wait longer than normal. Won’t try that again. UPDATE!! I went to Handpicked on August 9, 2017 to purchase a birthday gift for my grandma. The store was very well put together and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was then asked if I needed any help, which I did!! The sales lady showed me a lot of different items and we finally settled on a necklace! I gave it to my grandma last night and She absolutely loves it! They even put it in a fancy gift bag for me, so that was one less thing to worry about.
