Amazing experience on what is surely one of their busiest days of the year! My daughter received an egift card but the site was having difficulties and we were unable to use it online. I had her check ahead of time if what she wanted was available for in store pickup, and most of it was so we went and got in line to get in. Every member of the staff was so helpful, from answering questions to getting us in a fitting room to looking for something in the back. They did a really great job of helping everyone not only find what they needed, but I really appreciated them reminding people about keeping masked, when there were customers not doing the best job observing protocols. One of the workers approached her in a really friendly but firm way about following ordinances, and it's honestly the best I saw that done of any of the stores in the mall. It made me feel a lot better about perusing in there, which is why we ended up getting more than we expected. I had misunderstood that one of the specials online would also be available in store, and while that was not the case, the staff was really great about explaining that, and helping me download the app to check items my daughter was interested in that would qualify still. Even though our experience was quick, we never felt rushed, I thought they did a great job all around making us feel taken care of when otherwise I would have felt really overwhelmed. This place is a nice shop to go to if you're a nerdy person. Even though it is a small shop, there are still many different things you can get which is impressive for this kind of store. Another nice thing about this store is that if they don't have any merchandise from a series you want, they have a clipboard where you can suggest a series of merchandise they may add into the store which shows they do care about their customers. You can also find many different odds and ends you may end up wanting like that I saw a few Hot Topic mystery bags there from different series which may add interest in shopping there. But the store does at times feel like a maze because there are things randomly aligned in the store and their prices were costly. Overall this is a good store to shop at for any of you...

I have never been made to feel more un welcome in a store in my entire life! I have never had my children treated like thieves in my life either amd to be hounded amd badgered as much as I just was with my family. If you have items you don't want people to touch then do not have them out in a customers reach! And for an associate to cuss at me infront of my children is completely un called fpr and out of line let alone to ask me a customer to clean up a mess from am exploded orbi squidhball that popped b3cause its cheaply made.... This wad a horrible experience and to think I used to sp3nd a decent ammount of money a month in this store... I won't be making that...
