Most games are decently priced, however almost everything else is overpriced for what it is, like selling a ps3 slim with only a junky aftermarket controller isn't worth $150+, especially when it was never even cleaned, repasted, or refurbished. Also have found they sell fake PS3 DualShock 3 controllers, say its brand new and has a "official playstation product" seal and everything on it, yet its probably the worst feeling controller ive ever used, the fonts on the controller and stuff aren't even right. Absolutely unacceptable for $45, it wouldn't be so bad if they acknowledged it was a fake and it was cheaper, but they literally try to play it off as its real. For the most part the games work fine and aren't very scratched up, but i have had a few that do not work due to either scratches or because the employees don't know how to work a disc resurfacer. They saw my copy of MechAssault for the Xbox was sitting in the case not in the holder when i was buying it, so they went ahead and resurfaced it, and it just screwed up the game and introduced glitches since they took off too much data from the disc. Overall game selection is alright, seems like they rarely ever get much new stock and a bit of their games just aren't great ones. seems like they're kinda moving away from video games and going towards more collectibles and just oddities like funko pops and things like airsoft guns? Almost regret how much money i've spent here when the quality of most stuff is worse than what you'd find elsewhere and is...

I love this store, the staff has always been friendly, the sales are almost constant, and if you register w the store you get perks. They work with you if you get a bad disc or device, and make it a point to let you know about refurbished items and their limited warranty. No issues as of yet, and they did give me exchanges or credit for a couple of discs that skipped a bit. And yes, they will find the item you want from another store for the same price, and provide a discount if you ship to store. Example, I ordered a movie from them, cost me 12 dollars, though the store had a buy 1 get one half off sale, due to them shipping it from a St. Louis location. They sold it to me for their store price and gave me a credit for 12 dollars, so essentially they gave me the movie first and hoped I would come back for another as I would miss the sale once the movie...

Ask to examine the Vivid Voltage Pokemon card packs they are selling for $7.99, they have been opened and resealed.

If you have the opportunity to hold them side by side with a pack from another source, it's plain as day they were cut along the top. The cut was not even straight and most of the packs are coming open on the top corners. A few packs have visible glue residue.

I'm not accusing this store of anything, I know this is a vintage store that does not get it's stock directly from the manufacturer, but I would not recommend buying any Pokémon cards...
