To the manager Makayla & the other manager, who did not want to disclose her name which is understandable I just wanted to know who to hold Accountable for the service and experience I received 09 26/24 approximately 11 o’clock I was there to pick up a delivery for a paying customer through a third-party app after making it clear that I was there to pick up a delivery I was completely ignored and not a soul acknowledge me after sitting there for over 25 minutes. I literally watched two waves of people come & go !!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤦🏽♂️ after getting someone’s attention, I asked if the lady that did not want to disclose her name was she a manager. She said yes, and told me that she did not have to give me her name. I didn’t make a big deal about it. I Then asked if there was another manager available & that manager, then walked up And I asked her what her name was she presented her name I Then already realized that she was the one who had an attitude from the moment people were already walking in the door 🤦🏽♂️ I get that the day may not Off to a great start !!!! But as a manager having an attitude around, your coworkers is not a great mix and is truly unacceptable!!!! I didn’t even want to explain my problem with her or the problem that I was having I know confrontational people when I see them !!!!! 🤦🏽♂️ 🙅🏾♂️ I wasn’t even going to give her my energy instead I knew exactly where to take this problem!!!!! I don’t even normally pick up from this location or chipotle altogether because of multiple experiences and situations like such!!! And plus a lot of people who ordered through third-party apps that ordered chipotle gets highly upset about how their order was put together or the portion size so Therefore, the delivery driver takes the fall somehow 🤦🏽♂️ It’s just messed up all the way around, but it was a pretty slow morning so I gave it a shot! 🤦🏽♂️ And not to my surprise !! Exactly what I thought would happen!!!! With that being said, I will never pick up or support chipotle as long as I’m breathing!!! It’s something about the way you guys train your managers!!!! Just know I know!!!! It doesn’t take them long to develop this. I don’t care attitude.!!!!! Read moreOrdered on the app and arrived 5 mins after the pick up time given. The line was wrapped around the ENTIRE parking lot to third ave.... I understand running behind but that is crazy. Don't bother going in to get the order either because they will tell you "you have to use the pickup lane" plus the crowd of unhappy hungry customers was just as bad in there. After waiting for OVER AN HOUR (after the the pickup time) I had to leave so I would not be late for an appointment. It was a good thing I did not hang around because wouldn't you know but at 3:06 AM I got the notification that my order was now ready for pick up. (Their store closes at 11p.... I left after an hour of waiting at 7:30p)
Contacted chipotle the only way they allow you, through their webchat AI "Pepper" and was given a free entrée that needs to be used before it expires. Unfortunetly this didn't cover the upcharge for the premium options or chips that I had paid for.
While this is by far the worst experience I have had here with this type of issue it is not the 1st time the pickup line was out of hand or the order was just completely wrong.
So in review I paid $12 to for a meal I realistically would never have been able to get (even if they stayed open til 3a it would certainly have missing/bad ingredients) and have no way of talking to a real person in the overly complex contact us system used by chipotle.
