I have emailed twice & never got a response!

We had our sons 13th birthday party at your facility on Saturday 2/26/22 there were multiple "mishaps" with his party. When we arrived it took over 30 minutes to get everyone checked in which then took away from our play time. Then another party had taken our corral which left our guests with no where to go & no where to put their belongings so once again another wait. Our party was supposed to be over at 7:45pm & our pizzas didn't come out until 7:39 then we only got 2 of the 4 we ordered. It was after 8pm when we finally got the other two we ordered. The kids only got 1 pitcher of each drink I ordered after they all ate & took off to play again refills came. The ropes course and basketball was closed which is obviously a big thing especially for 13 year old boys "main reason coming". There were so many people at the facility, kids couldn't even jump because it was so crowded. The birthday boy did not receive anything from air house. And lastly I went over my 15 guests and instead of just charging me for the next package up I got charged per guest individually which was way more. So overall I paid almost $600 for a birthday party that was very chaotic, unorganized & the kids didn't even get the full experience. It is very unfortunate as we were recommended to your facility by a very valuable source & looked forward to coming in.

P.S. your workers should not ask for tips :-) and when told I don't have cash they respond with oh there is an ATM...

Horrible experience. I took my family on a Thursday afternoon, 1pm and paid 147 dollars for 2 hour's. They had 1 guy working. He did not explain to us that we could only bounce on trampolines and all the aerial stuff was basically closed due to no staff. All the rock walls, ziplines and overhead obstacles were shut down. Only trampolines were open to you for all that money we just paid. He did make it right by refunding my money but that didn't come without debating this for about 10 minutes. I'll never go here again. We have a membership to a different trampoline park from the town we live in an hour away. We came to this one for the aerial courses and rock walls etc... Horrible first time experience and we most likely will never try again due to...

Tried it, do not plan to return.

Brought my 3 boys to here to have fun and burn energy, bought 3 × 1.5h packages.

They ended up waiting for 1/2 their times in line for harnesses, and then they were "out of harnesses", sending my youngest away in tears. Very rude and understaffed so each area is a free for all of unwatched kids with parents no where to be seen. I only counted 3 staff members to support easily 300 children. Bad crowds of undisciplined and unmonitored kids make sure they are the only ones having fun. Boys ended up hating the experience. Rules and instructions are suggestions at best, lines are only there so people can keep cutting in front and felt this place was fairly...
