Lovely place! I had wasted a lot of time searching around big box stores and online for a floor lamp shade. I walked in The Lamp Shade with a photo of the lamp (and a tape measure held next to it), and walked out with the perfect shade in a few minutes thanks to the expert advice and recommendation of the owner. She also offered for me to bring in the lamp itself to test different shades. Excellent, excellent customer service. Our cats broke a glass lamp shade to a lamp that belonged to my mom who passed away in February. It had a lot of sentimental value to me and I was very disappointed that I couldn't seem to find the right lampshade anywhere. I had a set of 2 vintage lamps I got from my grandmother. The shades were unusually large and replacements were hard to find but The Lamp Shade helped me get beautiful, more modern shades to update the look. When they arrived, the harps were too long for the shades and their representative went above and beyond to help me sort out what the lamps needed and how we could get the right fit.
