I bought new furniture from Sam and Jim at Roman Furniture 25 years ago in our last house and again 20 years ago in our current house. We had probably 2 customer service issues in that time and they were handled very professionally and with courtesy each time. We had a small problem with our Flexsteel sofa which was handled quickly. Flexsteel carries a lifetime guarantee. Actually our first purchase was a sofa with an issue not covered by the guarantee but Sam still made good on it. I'll never forget that. We know we are hard on our sofa. I think we spend more time on it than our bed. This is why we went back to Roman to furnish our current home. Every piece in our house is from Sam and Jim. I've recommended friends and family to shop there. We are going there today. We want to replace our family room sofa. We know what we want and are so anxious to do this. Sam and Jim are real aces. Roman Furniture is an old name we trust. Go to any "real" furniture store. Then go to Roman. He will save you on that same item. Went to Bob's. Junk no name furniture with minimal guarantees. They want to sell you in store 5 year guarantee. Any problem I've ever had was well over 5 years. Bob's will tell you their furniture is made by lazy boy."Yeah-no" I don't believe Roman can get you the junk seen at the "Bobs" type outlets. I may be wrong because they told me to go elsewhere, copy down the name and model bring it in to Roman and they'll get it for you at a savings. I know from experience that goes for real name furniture, just not sure with the no name stuff. Roman furniture. Great products. Great prices Great service. Honest...

Bought a bedroom set in December 2017. The dresser top was damaged and have been going back and forth with Sammy about a replacement. Even took pictures of the damage and sent it to him. Called me a few months ago and said he had it and it would be delivered and never received it. He knows I am redoing my house and I would have bought everything from him, but I have given him ample time to rectify this with a replacement that he said would be delivered. I would never ever buy anything from him ever again. He does not stand behind his product and I have been dealing with him for 30 years. I rescheduled my week when he said the new top would be delivered which was a lie.

Please go elsewhere if you need furniture because he does not stand behind...

Sam is awesome! He gave us a great deal on the carpet, completed the job on time and was very easy to work with. A few months later, there was a small issue. He showed up the same day (YES!
