I don’t know how this store is still open , really BAD experience. I’m never the type to leave a bad review. First Had to wait outside for someone to open the door , so as walking in the owner and her employee immediately came to ask us what we’re looking for what size what color we told them were just looking , so we walked towards the dresses and had her employee follow us around and kept asking what color and what size we said once again were just looking at this point were in the fitting rooms and here comes her employee if it fit and if we liked it we said yes but we were stilling going to keep looking the Owner comes and ask us as well we said it’s nice but we’re going to keep looking so then the owner asked her employee if it fit she said yes but they we were going to keep looking and the owner said well she can only try one 2 dresses so at that point we were already uncomfortable there that we decided to just leave , I’ve also noticed this store has been getting the same reviews and same comments about how they always following us around and just bad customer service and they seem not to get the point , i wouldn’t recommend anyone going there unless you like being rushed and being followed . After all that we needed up leaving...

I went to this store to check out dresses for teens. We need to buy at least 6 dresses. We found the model and color we wanted. The problem was they didn't have the sizes we needed. The owner said she was going to order the 6 medium dresses. We gave her a down payment and waited for the dresses to arrive. Turns out she never ordered the dresses. She instead did horrible alterations on the large dresses she had and pretend she had ordered new dresses. We got one dresses that was full of defects. The sleeves of the dress were uneven. O e side was too big and the other one too small. The young lady that was going to wear that dress was having trouble moving one arm because one sleeve was cut too short and the other sleeve was too big it didn't stay in place. When we went to the store to pick up the dress the owner was upset because we asked if the young ladies could try the dresses. She charged $1p dollars extra for an already expensive dresses because she altered it without consulting her costumers about it. She said all sales were final. There are no refunds or exchanges because she knew she was selling us defective merchandise. Please save your self from a headache and buy your dresses...

Horrible experience. Purchased a quinceanera dress for my daughter. When it was time to pick up the dress at the store we noticed it was defective so the owner fixed it. As the staff was about to hand me the dress the hanger broke and the dress fell to the ground. At the time I didn’t think anything of it but when we got home, we noticed the dress was damaged. The owner was rude and accused us of ruining the dress my daughter loved so much. She told us we would have to buy the material if we want her to fix it. Owner was emotionless to my daughter’s feelings and threaten to call the cops for no apparent reason. We decided to leave without the dress and request for a refund. We didn't expect the owner to treat us poorly. Her behavior was unprofessional. She even went to the extreme to drag the dress out to the parking lot and get behind my car to prevent us from leaving without the dress....
