Ok so I don't usually post reviews. But at this point i just have to. About a month or so ago I came to this location for a mobile order. I ordered 3 drinks. When I got there only 2 were ready. I wasn't greeted or anything. They saw me waiting for a while since I was trying to be patient, and no one asked if I needed anything. So I finally ask the man who was doing drive thru, if my 3rd drink is almost ready? He looked at the ticket, looked at the other workers, and walked away. I assumed he was going to make it. Nope. I waited and waited til I saw him go back to drive thru. So now I asked another worker is someone working on my drink? And when I realized they weren't of course I got upset. Neither one of the workers apologized or anything. Waited about 45 mins. Now today I go thru the drive thru and ordered a hot drink. I waited at the window for a while before anyone even came to greet me or at least take my payment. After waiting a while the same guy comes to my window and gives me an iced drink, so I told him that's supposed to be hot. He looks at me then looks at the drink and asks it's hot? I said yes that specifically what I asked for at the speaker. He walks away to have someone fix it. But at that point after waiting so long I didn't wanna make the cars behind me wait any longer too. Read moreI am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment after an encounter i had to day.An employee approached me and told me that I needed to purchase something or leave the store. I acknowledged this and responded by saying, "Okay, I will purchase something." However, despite my willingness to comply, the employee called the police on me.
What made this experience even more troubling is that there were two other white women sitting in the same area who had not purchased anything while I was there, and they were not approached or questioned in any way. This disparity in treatment made me feel targeted and discriminated against based on my appearance.
It is disheartening to see that, even when I was willing to follow the store's policy, I was treated in a manner that was unjust and unnecessarily escalated. I want to alert other customers that, based on my experience, they could face the same treatment regardless of whether they purchase something or not.
I will also be reaching out to your corporate office to address this matter more thoroughly. I hope that Starbucks takes this situation seriously and takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and fairness...
Read moreit's 8:30am on a Monday the drive thru is expectedly busy so no need to bother with that. Inside is very clean and nice but who's shocked by that since it's only been open for 5 days. The nice blonde girl at the register (arm tat) was very nice to me. She held a very light conversation with a smile on her face and took my order relatively quick. I got a Vanilla Latte, A Bacon sausage wrap, and a lemon pound cake because I feel guilty for skipping the gym this morning. My order came out in 2min no issues, the nice lady who served it to me brought it directly to me at my table and even offered me extra siracha... she didn't have to because she already put some in my bag, but she did because she's like... really sweet. I see the manager letting people know who are waiting, someone will be right with them... all of this is just basic standard good customer service.
Big thanks to the crew for my breakfast... now off...
