Killer shopping experience here today with great customer service. I called to inquire about men's scrubs because they are going to make an awesome addition to the Christmas gifts for my boyfriend. It’s right near the downstairs men’s Macy’s at Sun Valley Mall. I spoke to Lauren on the phone and she gave me an idea about prices, selection, and the store location before I arrived. She even said I might find a few items on clearance. I was there half an hour later and both Lauren and Karen totally helped me find two great sets of scrubs for my hard-working people-healer (he's an RN). Both styles were really up to date (between $30-$36 each piece). One of the sets was a really soft material on top of the cute design. I chose solid colors because he’s a pretty laid-back person, but they have great patterned ones at well (mostly for women though, it seemed). Both girls were so friendly, really funny, and did a great job helping me, even though they have no idea what my bf’s size or style is. (And I wasn’t much help to them either!)

Scrubs have evolved so much since I was in dental hygiene school a decade ago. I love all the new styles – comfy and cute!! Hopefully my boyfriend will like the choices I picked for him and fingers-crossed everything fits. These are pretty different from what he wears now, but if not, I have gift receipts and he has 60 days to...

Make sure you check your scrubs very well b4 you buy them. Staff here doesnt know their own policy! I brought pants back after I had washed them (BC I WAS TOLD I COULD BY AN EMPLOYEE!) and when I got to the store I was told something different by a different employee. I hadnt owned the pants a month! And you could tell it was a manufacturing issue as the little holes opened up on the side of the leg, I would had never thought on looking on the side of the leg as its not a place where clothes normally break.... so... long story short.... wasted my $ in scrubs and gas!! This is another reason I buy scrubs online lately! Opted not to wait and ended up w faulty scrubs, loosing time, money, and...

The service is amazing but every time I come I'm scared that the employees are gonna go postal. The shoppers here are the worst people I've ever witnessed in a store. To the line of mental abuse. I've stood up for them a few times but at a certain point I just couldn't believe how many bad customers there have been. You can't work retail without them but at this location the percentage of bad people are off the charts. If you read this I encourage on your visit to try to make it a two way street. They are trying here no doubt about it. Try...
