Belle Nails and Spa — Local services in Concord

I'm very picky and would gladly pay a little more money for better quality. I've liked other nail salons, but their consistency fell short or the salon just fell apart in general.

This is a professionally run & what looks to be a professionally decorated business. I feel like a million bucks when I"m at Belle.

The pedicure massage chairs are brand new, high end & gorgeous to boot! The massage you can get on them while getting your pedi is splendid!

I'd give a gift certificate from Belle to someone I was intending on seriously impressing. A hopeful boss, girlfriend anyone who you want on your good side! My female Christmas list is done.

Only slight downside is it's always a few days to a week to get an appointment but I must admit their online booking system takes all the hassle out of getting appointment being able to schedule anytime from anywhere. Their POS system, confirmation, check-in & out is very tech savvy & user intuitive bringing yet another amazing user experience to this nail spa.

Sharon's work is flawless! I was tweezing my eyebrows in my 10x magnifying mirror and LITERALLY jumped, shoving all my nails in to the small mirror's magnified reflection seeing ZERO flaws under a flippin' mag mirror! It's been a week or so and my nails are holding up well.

Not the quality I expected

I was originally going to California Nails around the corner, but changed last minute because I saw this place had better reviews. I wish I stayed at California Nails because I got worse service here.

-The whole experience was very rushed.

-I asked for a regular manicure when I came in, and they gave me gel instead. I didn’t realize until they charged me $42 + tip for gel at the end.

-The lady helping me was short with me, and let out a big sigh when I asked to change my color.

-At any other nail salon I’ve been to, they lotion and massage your hands included with any manicure you get. This wasn’t given at this location.

The good things I will say, is that the place is nicely decorated and spacious, and the manicure itself was clean.

I had an acrylic fill with Jean and from the start she was talking with the lady sitting next to her and not paying attention to my requests. She shortened my nails too short by rounding my nails after I specifically asked for square shape with rounded corners. She fixed them by filing more down so now minus well have just painted my natural nail because they’re that short. Doesn’t even check that I’m also down for a pedi and tries to check me out. She has me sit at a pedi chair with NO water and once I asked for her name, moments later she comes to put water for it not even be warm.
