I went to this location on 5/20/22 to return some items and then saw some gorgeous clothes I had to get, but sadly left with nothing because I refused to reward the lady handling the transaction with my money when she treated me like I was nothing.
A lady with an accent (never got her name) was at the register when I walked up. I smiled and said hi but she barely responded. I put my bag on the counter and she stands back and says “you need to take the items out the bag.” No please, thank you or smile. No problem, I understand it’s Covid. She rings up the return and after another issue she puts the return receipt on the counter and tells me to sign it but doesn’t give me the pen to sign. She is holding one in her hand. I tell her that I need the pen. Rather than simply give me the one in her hand she begins looking for another and when she finds one on the counter she just looked at it and then me signaling to me to pick it up. She wasn’t even polite enough to hand the pen to me. I was clean and well kept, there was no reason to act like that I was dirty or nasty and she was afraid to hand it to me. The whole time she treated me like a nobody. I spend too much money at various Versona stores to be treated that way and I’m not paying anyone to treat me like I belong at the back door rather than the front.
I asked to speak to a manager but was told she was gone to lunch. I called later and spoke to Felicia. I tried to explain how impolite and disrespectful the employee was. Felicia said she would talk to her and also have the DM talk to her. I don’t know if she meant it or was just telling me that to get me off the phone. There is no way someone can openly act like that and a manager not know it. This lady’s customer service was horrible and she doesn’t seem to realize that I can easily spend my money somewhere else. I really wanted those clothes but I’ll take my $$ elsewhere. I hope that management...
Read moreAbsolutely the worse experience EVER. Went in the store to purchase a new wardrobe for spring and summer which meant I was spending quite a bit of money. Got to the register and the cashier was ringing up one of the blouses. The manager saw the blouse and went off. Apparently the blouse was a blouse that she had put back for herself, and somehow it got put back on the floor. She proceeded to take the blouse out my hand and put it back on the back of the counter and refuse to sell the blouse to me was very nasty about it wasn't apologetic at all. And just adamantly refuse to sell the blouse to me. I reached out to corporate, because I felt that her attitude was unacceptable and nasty and I was so embarrassed. Spoke with Victoria from corporate. Who promised to get back to me and make it right? However, never received any other correspondence from her. She never responded to any of my subsequent emails or phone calls. In fact manager was in store, bragging to other staff that I thought I was going to be doing something by reporting her to corporate. But she had already called corporate and reported it so apparently thisbtype of behavior is acceptable and tolerated by Versona. I will never shop in this store again. I spent over $200 that day. And now I wish I would have taken everything back. Horrible experience will never go in...
Read moreI have visited this location to shop many times, but today was EXCEPTIONAL! Not only did the store have a beautiful Fall collection, but I really wanted give a big shout-out to the staff. First my sister and I were greeted by Darcey when we entered the store. She was very personable and assisted us with trying to locate a dress for me. Unfortunately, the dress I wanted was sold out in my size at this location. However, the Store Manager Felicia, not only found the same dress in another color (one of my favorites), but also helped me to select accessories to match. The staff at this location is amazing and I love Felicia's incredible attention to detail and the staff's outstanding customer service. Felicia's interaction with customers and how she wraps and bags purchases reminds me of how boutique used to be! Let's not leave out Samantha and Giuliana who are just as personable and professional! Check out this location and if in need of assistance, just ask! These ladies have truly helped restore my faith in customer service as well as provide an excellent shopping experience....
