I’m only giving this store 2 stars because of a lady named “Bea” who tried to at least do some customer service recovery after an angering experience. She was nice & apologetic.
I placed an order for curbside pickup yesterday evening. I like doing it this way so I KNOW the item is really there, and with the pandemic, I’m not trying to be around a bunch of people.
At 7:35am, I received a notification my order was ready for pickup. Since I live close to 40 miles away, I plan my day accordingly and go to pick it up this morning. I get to the store and realize the curbside “I’m here” link isn’t coming up so I accept I may have to go in. I pull into a “store pick up” space that has a phone number and extension to call on the sign and think that I’m in luck. WRONG! The phone system never allowed me to put in an extension. I finally go in and see where it says “in store pick up” and stand there waiting while nobody comes. Finally a lady from another register says to come over there and they’ll help me when they’re done checking out customers. I do this, and then am told, they can’t find my item. I get my barcode scanned from my order and they tell me it was cancelled 30 min ago!!!
It took me an hour just to get there so his would I know that and why tell me I can come get it if you’re going to cancel it 3 hours later??!! That is irresponsible on whomever sent the message out telling me to come!
The nice lady at least gave me a gift card for my inconvenience and that’s the only reason I’m not giving this ZERO stars for them wasting my...
Read moreJust ok. They seem to have a large selection, but the women's section is incredibly crowded and hard to navigate. Everything is always messy. Nothing is stocked in the correct place, each rack holds multiple brands and styles and makes it hard to find what is on sale. This section is back behind the shoe section, so I'm guessing less attention is given there since it can't be seen from the front door. They seem to have "junior's plus" and "women's plus" but never any age-appropriate for business casual type wear. Wish they would drop the "Amanda" style jean - they don't look good on anyone!! Also wish they carried Levi's in extended sizes. The Kim Rogers collect, be wary - a lot of the tops will shrink after the first wash and turn into belly shirts. I went in looking for plain boot-cut black pants today. Thought they had moved the Petite section around at first, but then between the jeggings and the nursing home styles, I walked back out empty handed. I never really expect to find anything here. If I...
Read moreLet’s see where should I start I visited the Conyers store last night for the first time in several years and needless to say the store is trashed. The bathrooms are disgusting. There was one stall that had human feces all over the toilet and the floor. No one cleaned it carpets are nasty. The store is old, but it needs a severe uplift, also the clothes are just everywhere. There’s no racks that are just very neat like it used to be I have to say belt used to be of the higher end stores but targets new store remodel makes their store look better than yours get it together Belk and what should I say about the shoe department? It was a disaster. I don’t know if anybody from Belk read these reviews because there’s some bad ones and seems that everything is still the same I guess I will just go to Kohl’s from now on. They at least care about what their...
