Burger King — Restaurant in Coos Bay

We ordered 2 hamburgers in the drive through. When my son was getting ready to take his first bite he pulled a hair out of his. Once we got to where we were going I opened my wrapper and there was a hair sticking out from mine! So I proceeded to call and told the guy who answered the phone what happened and immediately he replied "we don't have anyone here working with that color of hair. Everyone has light color hairr." He was very rude! We spent $18 for only 2 hamburgers! We could of went to a good casual sit down restaurant and ordered 2 meals to go for a few dollars more and wouldhave been almost as fast.Which I will do next time. The rude attitude and hair in both of our burgers I will never go back and highly recommend going to one of the other 3 fast food places located with in just a few blocks.

Update: one more try to give the benefit of the doubt ordered 1 whopper with extra pickels and a double whopper with no tomato. We got the order The whopper had NO pickels and the double whopper HAD tomatoes and extra pickels! It was not busy at all only 2 cars in the parking lot and no cars in the drive through. There is no excuse for this. I will never go back I will drive to Noth bend if I want...

Honestly, its always been 'ok' not stellar. I only ever get one of three items. Ice cream, bacon king, or whopper. What is actually pushing me to make this review now after years. Is the bathroom situation. I showed up, went to go wash up before hitting the counter to order food for thanks for using the restroom. And its keycode locked, probably to 'keep out the homeless'. I am glad I didn't have to take a piss or something right away, because I'd probably lost it in their lobby. Had to wait at the counter to ask the lady for the number which she rattled off faster than an auctioneer, --it didn't work. And I absolutely am not going to go back up there and be like "Please miss, let me into the bathroom because your company locked it bc the dirty homeless people." Handled the money, cup, and straw with hands that had just been down at the recycling plant, and their counters. Absolutely stellar job BK. On top of this, manager/shift lead was rude to the coworkers while I was standing there, 'encouraging' with verbal passive aggressive behavior. Yeah the lobby is usually empty, but it just really made a point I don't need BK that much since I only hit it up once a week...

Cold food 5 times in only a few months. We didn't check until a couple min. After leaving because the manager told us the food just came off the grill & chicken nuggets straight outa the deep fryer. NOT so w/ the chicken nuggets! Some we're hot, but mostly cool/cold to the touch. So, my partner calls & reiterates what's going on...the guy starts being problematic asking LOADS of question, first & last name, address etc. But really bothered me, I could hear the conv. & the guy had an attitude...so I pull over & get on the phone..ask him what's going on, he starts wanting to get an attitude w/ me for some unknown reason, I ask if he is a manager, he was not...then he hung up on me. I called back & asked if I could speak w/ a manager...he said he was the manager. I communicated what took place...he didn't sound concerned. I asked for his but quickly forgot their name is on the receipt, he said he was the one that helped me...but said Burger King doesn't allow me to give my name out...I told him his name was on the receipt...so that was a lie. I told him I'd be contacting his district manager & a Health Food Inspector this being the 4th or 5th time...
