DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in Copley Township

I went to this store to find some gear for hunting. Mind you i know little. The young man thay helped me was amazing. He over heard me talking to my 4 year old son about how even a small was pretty long on me since I am so short. He came over and answered all my question and he was right, they were not as long when I put them on. He also went the extra mile. My son is very active and was bored as I was shopping. So the boy played with him and jumped around with him. Hiding behind the cart. My son talked about the man for hours after it. I wish I had caught his name. He was maybe 20 and had lighter hair I believe, thin and taller. He had a camo shirt on. The guy at the front register was also very nice, who was also young with dark, styled hair and was taller. He didn't get frustrated when I was trying to spell my name and email as my son was trying to spell things overtop of me. And climb in the cart in the most awkward way. All around great experience. Not to mention what I wanted was on sale!!...

Called at 7:17 to ask if the Ohio state won the championship if they were opening back up after the game. I was assured they were. Here I am at the end of the game and the store isn’t open and not one car in the parking lot. There customer service every time you come in here is terrible; was in after the Ohio state won the Goodyear bowl the following day and she was more worried about finishing what she was doing on her phone before checking me out.

Honestly so Sad that ordering online is more convenient and reliable than coming into...

I'm very frustrated having placed an order online and selecting to have it delivered and assembled, the company that they farm this out to is called AIT and having to deal with them, it's been a nightmare for me I spent a lot of money on some exercise equipment and I've been on the phone with them at least 5 times because it was delivered broken and they can't seem to get it redelivered to me. I wish Dick's Sporting Goods would terminate their relationship with this very poorly run company and hire somebody that's more up to...
