Worst customer service ever, the woman that was at the host spot had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. We went for a passport for our recently born baby and she literally told us that there was not appointments here in Florida and that she has heard that the next appointment is in Ohio so we should wait or travel to Ohio almost laughing but sarcastic.
