UPDATE: Changing my review to a 5 star because of thE EXCELLENT service I received while I was there on Friday. New manager Gracie was wonderful! She cleaned my bracelet and helped me look for new additions to it! Friendly faces when I walked in everyone greeted me and made me feel very welcome. Thank you for actually listening to these reviews and changing it up in there. Will definitely be coming back.
ABSOLUTELY worst place to shop in the mall, you donât get greeted when you walk in and if someone who doesnât âlook the partâ walks in they will definitely not help you I came in here this week TWICE! to buy a tennis bracelet and they wouldnât help me at all!! The first day i went up Im sure it was the manager and assistant manager or at least a sales lead just huddled up not even looking my way, I asked for help and they FLAT OUT ignored me. The second time i went in, it was one of the same employees iâm guessing the store manager since sheâs there a lot and a different employee, ONCE again was not greeted was actually looked at this time in a horrible manor, sorry when i get out from working a 12 hour shift i donât look all put together. They did not help me at all even when I went up to THEM for help, happened to a couple of customers who came in too. I guess they rather chit chat and judge then do their actual job. I think i speak for everyone in the comments that they need to get rid of this staff or atleast the rude ones and put in people who actually have a heart for what they do and wonât be rude and judging you based on how you look, customer service is about helping EVERYONE itâs not just oh i can just help someone who looks rich nope itâs CUSTOMER service. Anyways iâm very very disappointed in my TWO visits and will not be coming back until it has changed and it wonât just be me but if you see these comments youâll understand why.    Read moreI went there today 12/23/23 and granted when I walked it, it wasn't busy that they couldn't see the order of the people that came in. I came in knowing what I was going to buy. I looked at the showcase windows for the rings and then I went to stand in the middle to select it. There were two girls standing at the ring case and both looked at me and went to someone else. I KNOW I was there before both people they helped. I didn't say a word, finally what appear to may be a lead or possibly manager came to help and I mentioned to her what happened, she never apologized or anything, she damn near gave the eye of she didn't care. THE ONLY REASON I CONTINUED WITH THE PURCHASE is because the ring is what someone told me they wanted. My being African American and the majority of the area is Hispanics, I didn't want to allude to that was the case, but it sure felt like it. I've toyed all day with taking it back and finding another location to purchase, but it's too close to Christmas. I'm here for vacation and by far feel this is the worse Pandora store I've come across and we frequent several because we give charms as gifts. My account is not under this email, and I'm not looking for nothing in return, but train your people better because the customer service was very poor.

You have their attention when youâre purchasing an item but then donât care about returning customers who need assistance. Iâve purchased several things but realized only then do I seem to get their attention. Every now and then I asked to clean my jewelry here. Iâve been told varied excuses. âNo sorry not during the weekend. Come back Monday through Fridayâ
So I came back Christmas break because itâs the only time I donât work during the week and can meet their hours of operation. I was told âno sorry we donât do cleanings during holiday shopping.â
So I waited a month to go on my free day and was told âweâre just too busy right now.â Itâs been 4months and I tried again. Attendant said âoh no sorry we donât do them on Fridays.â I recanted my story and tried to understand. She said âyea no it depends on the person thatâs working and weâre just so busy.â I looked around. There were 2 employees and 2 customers. Lazy, prejudice, and deceiving employees.
