This establishment is STILL under PAR! We have eaten at Chick-fil-A’s all over the nation, read the Truett Cathy books, and incorporated Chick-fil fil into our families dinner routine on a consistent basis and I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ONE EVER!!!! They are trying to undo the bad experiences people had before due to the previous owner dealing with his health. They need to work on better communication with their customers. My larger family (including kids) have calendar cards, I went to redeem the awesome additional promotion given in September using the calendar cards because I didn’t have my entire families devices. Needless to say it was a problem. The register wouldn’t do something it was suppose to. They suggested getting the IT guy after the initial person called someone else over who couldn’t get it. Then Darius or Derrick (lead guy/trainer) gave me the most obsurd solution! I already had another order to pickup using the chick fil app at another chick fil a where I normally go, but I decided to give this one a chance and order some food (stopped going because of the service in the past). I should have followed my first mind and went to the other one on Saratoga. He said go pick up that food 1st at another chick fil a come back and then order her Or cancel and get it with us because that’s the problem. I repeated what he said back and even he when heard it, knew it was absurd! I had the cards so I didn’t understand the issue. So I waisted 20 min trying to explain what it was, how they just need to scan the code yet I guess it was too complicated while the food I ordered was there, instead of offering me anything for my time they gave me a fake smile and said sorry it’s a calendar thing. The new owner looked at me and just turned around as if I was so insignificant that whatever the issue was, me as a customer didn’t ’t matter. I ultimately went to the other chick fil a on Saratoga (Stellar establishment) with NO ISSUES!!! My family has spent Thousands eating at Chick-Fil-A and we are new to this area. We WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME at this location. So sad, I hope they read this and think back to the situation. People just want to utilize the offers that are given to them. I bought the cards, corporate sent an additional promotion, and no matter the computer issue make the customer feel appreciated and give sincere apologies. Read moreI have been to many chick fil As and this one hands down has the slowest service that I have ever received. I went there tonight at 8:00 p.m. And the drive there was wrapped around the building. I went inside because I waited in on that drive-through before and it took 20 minutes. I walked inside at 7:57 p.m. And I did not get back to my car until 8:11 p.m.. All I ordered was a 4 count chicken nugget kids meal. I will be back because I love chick fil a. But the service is Outragous.
Edit 10/10/17 I originally gave this a 4 star but I'm changing it to a 2 star. I went back here for lunch today. I went in only because I had a free chick fil a sandwich that was a one day only coupon. I had 2 separate orders to place but their system was down for the app so I couldn't get my free sandwich. I said the only reason why I came in was for that sandwich and if I can't redeem my coupon then I'm not ordering anything. The manager said ok. I'll cancel it. Then the girl at the register said that there was another location on staples. I went there and it was so much better. The drive through line was wrapped around the building but they had 2 employees taking orders on the tablets I walk inside and it was busy but I waited no time at all for my order. Read moreThis isn't the first time I've had an issue at chick fil a it seems that they're trying to be overly perfect so much so that they making dining inside uncomfortable. At another branch I was told to take my feet off the seat when I was eating. Then the other day I went in to this one with the playground and was told I couldn't have my leftover bag of fries and drinks in the playground area while I was in there. I didn't want to throw away the food I paid for so I just decided to leave but my hands were full to carry my baby so I told her older sister to stay in there and play with her while I put the food up real quick and came back literally two minutes later to the staff surrounding her saying I left my children when I was just putting the food up they told me I couldn't have in there.. I was coming right back to get them but couldn't carry the baby and 3 drinks and food at the same time.. it was a horrible experience I felt super judged and just wish both times that I had gone through the drive through.
