I had called to see if anyone could help me with the app or point me in the right direction of who to contact to get help and was very rudely told that I was calling the wrong department and not to call back with stupid questions. I immediately told them there was no need to be rude and asked if they had contact info for the correct department and was told that it wasn't there job and go figure out and stop wasting their time. Highly disrespectful and unacceptable. I then proceeded to contact customer service through the app via email, explaining the issue I was having and the terrible customer service that I received when I called. I waited a few business days for a response and have still received nothing in return and the original issue is still at large. I then proceeded to send a second email once again outlining the first email and also putting my displeasure at being actively ignored by a whole department. I am still waiting on response that is probably never going to come. Bottom line is that Freebirds can't be trusted to keep their word or handle any sort of customer service without being rude and disrespectful. Conclusion: for the price, i cannot recommend. If the food experience was better, i could overlook a few things because ... it could have been better. Glad i tried it. Won't try again at any location.
Black beans undercooked. Fajita veggies & cauliflower overcooked. Most other veggies & toppings looked tired. The meats all looked like Sysco-grade stuff (but it does have good seasoning profile on it, though). The cayenne tortilla was a nice touch and was my favorite part of the visit. But they didn't even have any kind of sauces out in the dining area (no Tabasco, Cholula, .. nuthin). The jalapeno cream sauce from the prep bar was tasty, though.
Service: Staff was very nice. i'm sure they were doing the best they could but service was slllllowwww at 1pm on a Saturday. Likely new people workkng the prep line.
Ambience: Dirty. The front door. The windows. The floor. The tables....

I was completely okay with waiting (it was around dinner time so obviously itâs more busy-thatâs not their fault-) but letting my order sit is what made the interaction mediocre. My main complaint is how unbelievably overpriced the food is. $18 for a burrito that is 80% rice that also makes me question whether the toppings were added is unreasonable.
