It was meh. We were really excited to go, but it was just fine. Good ice cream and cool idea, but poor execution. It took sooooooo long for us to get our ice cream. There were probably 5 people ahead of us and only 2 people working on the ice cream plates. It took us just over 30 mins to get our ice cream! Insane. And for the price, I will not be waiting that long again. A huge problem I thought was the cashier took orders before the ice cream was made. It would be so much better if the ice cream was made first and then people paid. My reason for this being: the cashier can take 60+ orders in an hour, but the makers can only make 30 orders during that same time. Which is why we experienced such a huge wait. It was really frustrating and unfortunately, we're probably not going back. Which is a bummer because I was excited to finally have a new dessert place...
Read moreThey earned a loyal customer. I got their grand opening date confused and promised my son rolled ice cream. We stopped in the evening before opening and opened their door to the team painting, cleaning and getting the store ready for the real grand opening the next day. We closed the door, turned to leave and the owner came to the door to let us know about my mixup. My son was disappointed and the owner said “hold on and let me make him some ice cream” we waited outside and he returned a few moments later with an ice cream for my son. There was a bit of a rush when we arrived. The party ahead of us consisted of four kiddos...so, it took a bit to get the orders through. The staff worked efficiently to get the orders going and bring up the next guest.
Seating is limited. Only a few wobbly tables with uncomfortable chairs. But, the service and product are spot-on.
