Grainwell — Local services in Covington

This company and the people who run it are UNBELIEVABLE. I recently ordered a gift of a personalized wooden plaque for my best friend, whose dog suddenly and tragically passed away. Stephanie was so responsive to emails, always responding in minutes with my proofs and answering a questions I had. Not only was she great with her customer service, but she was so, so empathetic and really made this experience special. She always expressed her sincere sympathy for my friend’s dog in her emails, but then even included a personalized note with the package, addressing the dog. I was blown away. On top of the impeccable customer service, the product is absolutely gorgeous. It was even more beautiful in person than I thought it would be. It looks just like her dog. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. I am not big on reviews, but as soon as I opened my custom Grainwell order, I knew I had to get on here and share my positive experience. I had ordered two custom pieces for my MIL, who had recently lost her mother. One of the pieces was a recipe box with her mom's handwritten recipe on it. The recipe I submitted to Grainwell was stained and very fine-printed and hard to make out, but they came through! They produced the best sentimental gifts and had the best customer service on their design team to help me ensure it would make it in time for her birthday.
