Had a great experience! Great espresso, i’d venture to say best espresso you can find in mainstrausse. As someone with celiac I am absolutely thrilled they carry Elmhurst, a gluten free oat milk. I hope they never change to a non gf oat milk. They use Rishi chai concentrate too, which is an excellent product. One thing i’d love to see from them is pure maple syrup available as a syrup option! Or some scratch made syrups at some point would be amazing to see! A small critique is that the barista gave me my drink with almost an inch of space at the top of the cup, i asked for a bit more oat milk to balance the flavor more and to have a full cup. I was really excited to try out 513 Coffee — it looked like such a cute new local spot and I love supporting small businesses. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed to find out they serve Deeper Roots coffee, which is widely known in the area for being a cult. I personally refuse to support any organization tied to that kind of behavior. I had to politely decline to order once I found out and I left. Really unfortunate, because I was looking forward to making this my new go-to coffee shop.
