Id like to say I’ve come here for many years and I’ve always had a good experience overall. Friendly staff and never had a problem with anything I love working out here. Until I came in last night around 8ish me and my boyfriend were trying to scan in but i didn’t have my card so while we were waiting because there was only one person on duty and she was busy with a customer which is understandable and she was really nice, a male staff member comes in, he is RUDE first off doesn’t even say hello he just says “what do you need” and then I telll him I need to get in but I don’t have my card he proceeds to tell me to pull the app up when he can just look my number up and make it simple since we’ve already been waiting 5-10 min but I pull it up anyway, I’m not familiar with any of it I’m just trying to find the barcode so I can just scan it and goooo work out but entire time he was just rude, not patient, not helpful AT ALL. Normally don’t like writing a review like this at all but pls do better, treat people with kindness and don’t take out your anger on other people. New here, ganna try it out for the month and see how it goes, was very confused why the guy at the front was very short and rude with me, he didn't want to help me. I went in and asked how to log in and he seemed annoyed rudely asked if I had the app when I showed my memenership email, I said no but I'll download it so I did, then he seemed impatient waiting on it to load and for me to log in, he scaned it then walked off, I was trying to ask questions on how to sign up for the masage chair or tanning both but he just walked off when my friend asked for his name he said Jordan..., the next vist I saw him giving a tour to what looked to me another New Memeber, I asked another employee what his name was and was told Landon. This was after I has heard he had told someone I know they were fat. So now it has me quriose if this was just a me thing or what? My friend again asked for his name and he again said 'its Jordan by the way". Well thank you Jordan / Landan for not showing me around and not explaining...

I simply called planet fitness to cancel my membership and the lady over the phone explain to me that I would have to come in person to cancel my membership or to have a hand written letter. My response was “are you kidding me?” As I was continuing trying to ask if there was any other way I could cancel it without driving all the way out there she hung up on my face. I called back again and I can hear her on the background saying that I was rudely cussing at her and how she was going to hang up on my face again. The calls are apparently recorded so here you go management. Today is March 12, 2023 and I called planet fitness 7:25pm and I called again at 7:26 PM.
